Ride Day Prizes!

Here’s a sneak peek at just SOME of the cool items that have been donated for tomorrow’s benefit ride day. If you are coming, be prepared to bid and win!

This is just SOME of the stuff that will be given away in the GIANT RAFFLE. Tickets are $5 each, or 5 for $20. I estimate having to draw a winner every 10 minutes. The grand prize is a 2009 Honda CRF50F, donated by American Honda, and a pair of Alpinestars Tech 2 pit boots to go with it!

Of course, a ton of top pro riders donated their race jerseys!

Travis Pastrana’s jersey is grouped together with a set of his DC rally car racing shoes and a really cool book that commemorates his championship winning 2006 season. The shoes and book are signed by Travis and his Subaru teammate Ken Block!

Old school race fans should recognize this helmet! It was worn by Kent “The Rhinestone Cowboy” Howerton!

This awesome David Bailey JT USA ALS-1 and the Howerton helmet were donated by John Gregory, of JT Racing fame. John was one of Ross’ first sponsors back in the day, and has always been great to my big brother.

James Stewart gave me this SUPER RARE jersey! It is from the 2008 Motocross of Nations in Great Britain, where Team USA laid wood on the rest of the world!

Steve Lamson’s dad donated one of his son’s championship jerseys! This thing is bad ass, with the 1-800-COLLECT logos, and all!

Racers always have custom gear for the Las Vegas Supercross. This is Andrew Short’s Viva Las Vegas jersey, Fly Racing custom framed it and donated it to Ross. You have to see it up close to appreciate how cool this thing is!

Brad Lackey was the first American World Champion. This bottle of Bad Brad Cab is autographed by none other than Lackey himself!

There are many more items to auction off, including an AWESOME prize that Pro Circuit’s Mitch Payton put together. It is all three of the Team USA jerseys from this year’s Motocross of Nations in Italy – Jake Weimer, Ivan Tedesco and Ryan Dungey – and all three are autographed and mounted together inside one giant custom frame. Mitch is bringing it himself on Sunday, so be sure to check it out!

Please come to the ride day to support Rossi. We are trying to raise funds for him to continue at Project Walk. He just completed his first week there, and the results are amazing.

The ride day is tomorrow, Sunday December 6, at Perris Raceway. Admission is a $10 donation for spectators, and a $20 donation for riders. The track is open from 9 to 3.

  1. Donny can I buy Raffle tickets via paypal??

  2. Hey Don!

The work you’ve put in is amazing. I just wish I could be there to see all of Ross’ friends come out and play. I had to cancel my trip down but I told Ross I would send him what I would have spent on airfare.
Keep up the good work, I’m sure Ross is so proud of the man you have become!
