LATE 90’s YAMAHA of TROY

In the late 90’s, Eric Kehoe contacted me about sponsoring his new YAMAHA team, YAMAHA of TROY. It was the official 125 team from YAMAHA, and they had immediate success. I started riding YZs at this time to stay focused upon Yamaha suspension development. Eventually, this led into 4 stroke 250s, and as soon as I realized that this was the direction of the future, I started riding them and never went back to 2 strokes…..
